PLANNING & MANAGEMENT VISIBILITY

My Planner

I designed the planning experience around the way managers work: organise the week, make recurring activities visible and connect plans with progress.

The problem

Visits, recurring routines and project tasks compete for the same hours. Without a clear view of priorities and coverage, important work can be left unscheduled.

The approach

  • Calendar views and recurring activity scheduling.
  • Coverage and progress dashboards to support review.
  • Project tracking alongside the operational planning workflow.

The intended value

The intended benefit is less calendar administration and clearer visibility of gaps, priorities and unfinished work. A scheduled activity is not evidence of completion; review still matters.

No measured customer savings or ROI are claimed in this case study. Use a pilot to establish a baseline and test the actual impact.

Experience the thinking

No team calendars, branch assignments or uploaded records are published here. The interactive example uses fictional sites and does not connect to the live planning system.
